Policy Overview
At Everwell Recovery, we want every customer to feel confident when investing in high-quality wellness equipment. We understand that high-ticket purchases require clear expectations, dependable support, and a fair process if something does not go as planned.
This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are handled.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged if they are new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, parts, and materials originally received.
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Products that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days may not be accepted.
The delivery date shown by the carrier will be used to determine the return window.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For customer-initiated returns, including buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Everwell Recovery does not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping costs are refunded for approved returns.
We offer prepaid return labels when available. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item shipped.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, email returns@everwellrecovery.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions. Please do not send any item back without approval. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for packaging, labeling, and shipping your item back safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
For freight or LTL deliveries, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For small parcel deliveries through carriers such as UPS or FedEx, damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@everwellrecovery.com with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
When the issue is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item shipped, Everwell Recovery will cover all approved shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the item has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to be handled as a return according to this policy.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If Everwell Recovery ships the wrong item or the product arrives defective, we will take responsibility for making it right, including approved return shipping costs.
If a return is requested due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges Process
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item. This allows us to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details for the new product.
For customer-initiated exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs. If the exchange is due to our error or a defective item, Everwell Recovery will cover approved shipping costs.
