Shipping Coverage Area
Everwell Recovery currently ships to the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Because our products are high-value wellness equipment, we work with trusted domestic suppliers and established shipping partners to help ensure each order is handled with care from processing through delivery.
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that your order has been received and is being reviewed for processing.
For larger items, freight shipments, or products that require additional coordination, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details before your order ships.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time includes order review, supplier coordination, inventory confirmation, and shipment preparation.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If an item is temporarily out of stock, custom, or requires an extended timeline, we will contact you with updated information before moving forward.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information when available. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
For freight deliveries, tracking and scheduling may vary by carrier. If a delivery appointment is required, the freight carrier may contact you directly to coordinate a delivery window.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days from the time the order is placed. This includes an average handling time of 3–5 business days and an average transit time of 3–7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, carrier schedules, destination, freight requirements, and seasonal shipping volume.
Shipping Carriers
Everwell Recovery ships through reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and freight carriers for larger items. The carrier used for your order will depend on the product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.
Large hyperbaric chambers and oversized equipment may ship by freight to ensure safer handling during transit.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work carefully to provide accurate shipping timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, inventory changes, address concerns, or freight scheduling requirements.
If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will proactively notify you and provide updated information as soon as it is available. Our goal is to keep you informed and supported throughout the delivery process.
